Submissions

By submitting the consultation form, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are at least 18 years old. Submitting the form does not create a doctor-patient relationship, does not guarantee that we will offer you treatment and does not reserve a surgery date.

Pricing and availability

No prices are published on this website, and nothing here constitutes an offer. Every quote is given individually, in writing, after an assessment, and is valid only on the terms stated in that quote.

No doctor-patient relationship

Reading this website, using the graft calculator or submitting the assessment form does not create a doctor-patient relationship between you and the clinic. That relationship begins only when you are accepted as a patient, have been examined, and have signed the clinic's own treatment agreement and informed consent documents.

Any range, estimate or general guidance given through this website or in reply to an online inquiry is preliminary information based on what you have told us. It is not a diagnosis, a treatment recommendation or a commitment to treat.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use this website in a way that impairs it or other people's use of it. In particular, and without limitation:

• Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of this site, its servers or any connected system.
• Do not use automated systems to scrape, copy or reproduce this site's content in bulk.

Patient photos and intellectual property

Every before-and-after photo published on this site shows an identifiable person who has given written consent for that specific use. Reproducing, downloading, republishing or reusing these images in any context is strictly prohibited, and is a matter of patient privacy, not just copyright.

If you believe material on this site infringes your intellectual property rights, contact us with enough detail to identify the material and the right you are asserting, and we will review it promptly.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the clinic is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of this website, including loss arising from reliance on the general information published here. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for personal injury caused by negligence in the provision of medical care.

This website may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Communications you send us

Messages sent through the assessment form, email or WhatsApp are not a substitute for clinical care and are not monitored continuously. Do not use them to report a medical emergency. If you experience heavy bleeding, spreading infection, a high fever or severe pain after a procedure, call the clinic directly or go to an emergency department.

Do not send full medical records, identity documents or payment details through any form or messaging app on this site. Anything of that kind is collected through a secure route once you are a patient.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul have jurisdiction over any disputes.
