Hair Mesotherapy
A personalized cocktail of micro-injections is placed directly into the dermis to reach the follicle while bypassing the circulation. It's used to improve scalp condition and support follicles under stress.
Vitamins, peptides and amino acids delivered straight into the scalp.

What it actually is
Mesotherapy delivers a compounded blend — depending on the formulation, B vitamins, biotin, amino acids, hyaluronic acid and peptides — into the dermis, where the follicle sits. The rationale is delivery: topical products struggle to cross the skin barrier, and oral supplements are diluted in the systemic circulation.
It's most accurately understood as scalp care rather than hair restoration. It can improve the environment the follicle lives in, reduce shedding caused by deficiency or inflammation, and improve the look and feel of thinning hair. On its own, it doesn't reverse androgenetic thinning.
It's often combined with PRP — mesotherapy prepares the ground, PRP supplies the growth factors. It's also used in the months after a transplant to support the surrounding native hair through the shock-loss phase.

Who it suits
- Diffuse thinning linked to nutritional deficiency or stress
- An oily, inflamed or flaky scalp alongside shedding
- After a transplant, support for native hair around the grafted area
- Patients looking for a lower-cost adjunct to PRP
When we say no
- Advanced androgenetic loss expecting regrowth from mesotherapy alone
- A known allergy to any component of the compounded formula
- Pregnancy and breastfeeding, when formulations are restricted
These are general indications, not a diagnosis. Whether this procedure is right for you is decided by an examination, not by a website.

in order.
- 01
Scalp analysis
Condition, oiliness, inflammation and shedding pattern are assessed under magnification.
- 02
Formula selection
The cocktail is chosen for your picture rather than a single house blend.
- 03
Micro-injection
Applied across the scalp in a fine grid at dermal depth.
- 04
Same-day discharge
Mild tenderness for a few hours; no downtime.

What's in the cocktail matters
Mesotherapy delivers a blend of vitamins, amino acids, trace minerals and often a vasodilator directly into the dermis, bypassing the digestive system and the skin barrier. The rationale is local delivery: taking the raw material for hair growth to the follicle instead of through the bloodstream.
Formulations aren't standardized across the industry; that's the honest caveat. A clinic should be able to tell you exactly what's in the preparation it uses and why, and any ingredient with a pharmacological effect belongs in a documented conversation about side effects, not in an unnamed 'hair cocktail'.
Realistic positioning
Mesotherapy sits alongside PRP as a supporting treatment for thinning hair: typically sessions two to four weeks apart, then maintenance. Patients generally report less shedding and improved texture; what it doesn't do is reverse established androgenetic loss or replace medical treatment in someone whose hair loss is actively progressing.
The most useful way to think of it is as care for the hair a transplant doesn't treat. If mesotherapy is the entire plan for a progressing Norwood IV, the plan is wrong, however good the formulation.
What a course actually involves
The typical protocol is a series of sessions two to four weeks apart, followed by maintenance every few months. Each session takes about thirty to forty-five minutes, uses a very fine needle at superficial depth and causes brief stinging more than pain. Apart from not washing the scalp for the rest of the day, there's no downtime.
Results, where they come, are gradual and measured in reduced shedding and improved texture rather than visible new growth. Nor are they permanent: when the course and its maintenance stop, the gains fade — just as stopping any medical treatment for androgenetic loss returns the scalp to its own course. Anyone selling a single session as a treatment is selling injections.

PRP uses your own concentrated platelets and growth factors. Mesotherapy uses a compounded pharmaceutical and nutritional formula. They target different mechanisms and are often used together.
No. If the follicle is gone, nothing injected into the scalp brings it back. Mesotherapy works on follicles that are still alive but underperforming.
The ingredients are established and the technique is well tolerated. The main risks are an allergic reaction to a formula component and, rarely, infection at an injection site.
